I love this detox, it has made me feel so energized and the app is super easy to follow. I especially loved all the nutrition guides. I know so much more about eating healthy now and will continue everything I learned after the detox too.

Love love LOVE this app!! I have been a fan of Nikkis 5 day detox for a while now and to have it in this format is absolutely incredible. The notifications are great for staying on track and the recipes are so yummy :) Its hard to believe how different you can look and FEEL in only five days, but this will help jumpstart your life into a healthy one! I highly recommend it and want to thank Nikki for being such an amazing person with a passion for bettering the lives of other people <3

Such a great app! It makes following the detox 100% fool proof and so easy! There is a shopping list, meal reminders and you can pause or restart the detox as needed. The food is delicious and beautifully photographed.

So I got the app and did the meal prep yesterday, which helped me get a jump start for the first day. Had the oats today, and I realized this detox is extremely convenient and simple. Even works for those of us that are working during the week. Thanks Nikki! I love your creations!

Nikki Sharps 5 day detox is the best program I have tried. The app makes it so much easier and fun! Recipes at your fingertips. Notifications of reminders to keep you on track throughout the day. Highly recommend this app if you want to detox and stay motivated. Plus the detox reset button gives you the chance to keep at it!!!! LOVE!!!
