Master the Detox.. Seriously.
So I have heard of A LOT of detoxes. Also important, I have a B.S. in Biology and am well versed in health and nutrition. I have watched coworkers starve themselves on juice cleanses and I have watched another coworker do an all dairy cleanse (what the..????). All with modest results outweighed by misery.
